| 摘 要： | 经济转型是个动态和综合的过程,二十多年来中国经济转型取得了巨大成就,但也存在诸多问题。市场化和经济增长不是中国经济转型的唯一目标,因此不能据此轻易对转型成败作出判断。实现经济社会可持续发展并保证我国人民福利水平不断提高,是经济转型的终极目标,也是判断转型成功与否的标准。中国经济转型的道路还很长,加强政治改革、法律和道德文化建设是顺利推进中国经济转型并尽早实现其终极目标的关键。

| Abstract: | Economic transformation is a dynamic and comprehensive process.China's economy has made rapid progress,but there also exist many problems during these years.The establishing of market economy and economic growth is not the only goal of China's economic transformation,therefore,we cann't easily make the judgment of success or failure according to the above.Keeping China's economy and society sustainable development and improving China's people welfare level unceasingly is the ultimate goal of economic transformation.China's economic transformation is a long way,and we should realize that strengthening the political reform,legal and the morals cultural reconstruction is the key point that smoothly promotes China's economic transformation and achieves its ultimate goal. |
