| 摘 要： | 目的]针对当前我国创新驱动发展大背景下专利情报领域出现的一些问题提出建议，引导我国专利情报战略良性发展，促进"大众创业，万众创新"。方法]首先简要概述了创新驱动发展的专利情报战略，再通过国务院办公厅印发的《国务院关于新形势下加快知识产权强国建设的若干意见》中关于专利情报内容来分析国内专利情报战略实施。结论]针对国内专利情报战略出现的一些问题，提出应从知识产权信息披露制度，专利情报公共服务平台与网络，企业的专利情报扶持力度以及深化与其他国家的专利情报合作这四个方面来分析，并且结合专利强国的相关政策分析得出我国的专利情报战略。

| Abstract: | purpose]This paper put forward some suggestions on the problems in the field of patent information under the background of nnovation-driven development in China, and guided the development of China's patent information strategy to promote "encourage people to do business creatively and drive innovation".Method]Firstly, it briefly introduced the patent information strategy of innovation-driven development. And then through the State Council issued the "State Council on the new situation to speed up the construction of intellectual property rights in a number of opinions" on the contents of the patent information, this paper analyzed the implementation of the domestic patent information strategy.Conclusion]Aiming at some problems in the domestic patent information strategy, the four aspects of intellectual property information disclosure system, patent information public service platform and network, enterprise patent information support and deepen cooperation with other countries' patent information were put forward to be analyzed, And combined with the pantent powered policy analysis, we can get the patent information strategy of China. |
