| 摘 要： | 为应对当前我国突发事件频发的现状，提高政府对突发事件网络舆情的干预能力，基于对突发事件网络舆情动力演化要素的分析，本文结合目前政府对突发事件的治理现状和国外先进治理经验，对政府的突发事件舆情治理提出建议对策，以建立科学的应对机制。

| Abstract: | In order to response to the current situation of frequent emergency in our country,improve the ability of the government's intervention on emergency internet public opinion,the analysis based on the dynamic evolution elements of emergency internet public opinion,combined with the present government's management situation and foreign advanced management experience for the emergency,put forward suggestions and countermeasures to government's management to establish the coping mechanism. |
