| 摘 要： | 被遗忘权的提出与媒体技术、信息技术的发展有着密切的关系。被遗忘权从公民意识的产生到法律的确立与规范,在欧美国家经历了漫长的立法过程。文章对被遗忘权在欧盟的立法演化过程进行了分析,归纳了被遗忘权的具体内容,并对各国的态度、被遗忘权的立法意义及其影响做了总结,以期对我国的个人信息保护立法有所启示。

| Abstract: | Raising of the right to be forgotten has a close relationship with the development of media and information technology.From citizenship to the establishment of the legal and normative, it's through a long legislative process in Europe and the United States.Article on the right to be forgotten analyses the EU legislative process, summing up its content, concluding the national attitude and legislation of the right.What's more, its effects so as to reveal personal information protection legislation in China. |
