| 摘 要： | 大数据交易平台的兴起促进了数据的开放与流通，使数据资源价值得以体现。基于国内主要交易平台的比较分析，我国大数据交易平台在数据隐私风险、交易标准化体系的构建、价格机制的探索以及专业人才队伍建设等方面有待突破困境。为完善大数据交易市场与流通体系的建设，大数据交易平台应从建立安全稳定的交易系统、统一行业交易标准和严格交易监管机制等方面强化自身建设，辅之健全的政策法规环境和有力的政策扶持为保障。

| Abstract: | Abstract]The rise of big data trading platform promote the opening and sharing of data,so that the value of data resources can be released.Based on the comparative analysis of the major trading platforms in China,China's big data trading platform needs to break through the dilemma in the aspects of data privacy risk,the construction of transaction standardization system,the exploration of price mechanism and the construction of professional personnel. In order to improve the construction of big data trading market and circulation system,big data trading platform should strengthen its own construction from the aspects of establishing safe and stable trading system,unified industry trade standard and strict transaction supervision mechanism. In addition,sound policy and legal environment and strong policy support are also necessary. |
