| 摘 要： | 介绍多层次模糊综合评价的基本原理,构建高校图书馆移动服务质量的评价指标体系,运用层次分析法确定各层评价指标的权重;然后建立各指标的模糊评价矩阵,通过模糊矩阵对指标进行综合评价,并得到最终评价结果;最后依据评价结果,分析图书馆移动服务存在的不足,并提出了积极的参考性建议。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the basic principle of multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,set up the evaluation index system of mobile service quality in university library,determined the weights of each index by the method of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process),set up fuzzy matrix of each index to get the last value of evaluation,analyzed the deficiency of library mobile service according to the evaluation results,and put forward positive reference suggestions to improve its service quality. |
