摘    要:移动互联网时代,电子商务正逐步成为当今社会的主流商务模式。与此同时,竞争情报在企业电子商务中呈现出多元性、时效性、复杂性等新特征。企业要保持竞争优势,必须对竞争情报予以高度重视。本文分析了移动互联网时代电子商务的发展趋势和竞争态势,提出竞争情报在企业电子商务中的应用策略,包括情报工作全员参与、专业团队负责的发展策略、情报的全方位收集策略、情报的快速响应处理策略、情报的动态管理策略、情报与反竞争情报协同机制策略等,以期为企业提供参考。


Application Strategies of the Enterprise E-business Competitive Intelligence in Mobile Internet Era

Abstract:In the era of mobile Internet, e-commerce is becoming a main stream business model in today's society.At the same time, competitive intelligence shows a lot of new features, including pluralism, timeliness and complexity in the enterprise e-commerce.If the enterprise wants to remain competitive, it should attach great importance to the competitive intelligence.This paper analyzed the development trend and competition of e-business in the era of mobile Internet and proposes application strategy of competitive intelligence in the enterprise e-business, including the strategy of full participation, professional team responsible for intelligence working, comprehensive coverage of the information collected, the rapid reaction of information processing, dynamic information management, competitive intelligence and anticompetitive intelligence coordination mechanism in order to provide a reference for the enterprise.
