摘    要:本文首先通过竞争情报与危机公关管理的契合研究,分别以战略层次、策略层次和危机的发生发展规律为基础,进行基于竞争情报的企业危机公关管理体系构建,通过评价分析和评价指标体系建立,选择层次分析法来验证其对企业危机公关管理活动的有效性、实用性,使基于竞争情报的企业危机公关管理体系合理运用于危机的规避、控制、处理与危机处理后的恢复等一系列过程中,帮助企业在危机中最大程度上降低甚至规避损失,从而促进企业长久发展。

An Evaluation Research on the System of Enterprise Crisis Public Relations Management Based on Competitive Intelligence

Abstract:On the base of law of development on strategic level, tactical level and crisis respectively, the paper firstly studied the integration of competitive intelligence and crisis management, and built enterprise crisis management system based on competitive intelligence.The paper secondly chosed the analytic hierarchy process to verify the effectiveness and practicality of the enterprise crisis public relations management under the analysis and evaluation of evaluation index system established, and made enterprise crisis management system based on competitive intelligence fair used in the process of avoidance, control of crisis as well as recovery after crisis, helped enterprises to reduce or even avoid losses in the crisis to the greatest extent, so as to promoted the long-term development of enterprises.
