政务微博服务质量评价指标体系研究

摘    要:作为一种新兴的公共服务方式,政务微博成为政府提供公共服务的重要渠道和途径。根据政务微博发展实际,设计一套用户视角下的政务微博服务质量评价指标体系。使用相关性分析来剔除相关性大的内容冗余指标,利用因子分析法来确定因子载荷较小的指标,保留较显著的指标,提出和分析政务微博服务质量评价的公共因子和关键指标,最终能够用较少的指标反映90%的指标信息,形成科学合理的政务微博服务质量评价指标体系。

Abstract:Government microblogs become an important channels and ways for government to supply public service as a new public service methods.According to the actual development situation of government microblogs, the paper systematically designed government microblogs service quality evaluation index system from the users perspective.It deleted duplicate content index with a high correlation by correlation analysis method, determined the load index through factor analysis method and retains significant index.It extracted and analysed the public factor and key indicators, lastly less index can reflects 90% index information, came into being the scientific and reasonable government microblogs service quality evaluation index system.
