摘    要:数据时代,数据即资源,数据即服务。大数据时代,情报分析人员做好情报服务工作尤为重要。本研究首先论述了大数据相关概念、特征及发展趋势;其次,探讨了大数据环境给情报服务所带来的机遇与挑战;最后,结合大数据的数据特征,构建了大数据时代的情报服务模型。该模型充分考虑了大数据的数据特征、情报用户对情报内容与目的等特殊要求以及情报分析人员情报服务工作的流程,实现了情报服务的定制化和个性化。模型在数据处理过程中体现了数据-信息-知识-智慧的转化过程:实现了从实时数据、动态数据转化为信息,随后抽象、凝炼为知识,再深度升华为智慧,最终形成智慧产品并提供给情报用户,从而达到情报分析与情报服务的目的。

Exploring Research of Intelligence Service Model in the Era of Big Data

Abstract:In the era of data,data is source and data is service. It is the mostly important for intelligence analysts to do intelligence service in the era of big data. This research firstly discussed the concept,the characteristics and the development of big data. Then it explored the opportunities or challenges of intelligence services,which were brought by big data. And finally,combined with the characteristics of big data,it established intelligence service model in the era of big data. This model took the data characteristics of big data,the intelligence demands of intelligence users and the process of intelligence service work into account to implement customized service or personalized service. The transformation processing of data-information-knowledge-wisdom was reflected in the mode,i.e. it conversed real-time data and dynamic data into information,then abstracted and condensed above information into knowledge,then sublimates knowledge deeply and forms wisdom,and finally it got wisdom products that were provided to intelligence users in order to achieve intelligence analysis and the purpose of the service.
