地方高校图书馆读者满意度的调查分析

摘    要:通过对岭南师范学院374名读者利用图书馆资源情况和管理服务的满意度调查,结果发现:(1)读者到图书馆及访问图书馆网站的频率比较高,并随着年级增加,其频率越高;利用网络资源上存在专业差异。(2)读者对图书馆服务质量的满意度为90.11%,对文献资源建设的满意度为80.21%。据此提出地方高校图书馆应加强对新生的入馆教育、加强文献资源的建设和提升自身管理水平等建议。


Investigation and Analysis of Readers Satisfaction in the Local University Library

Abstract:Through the Survey of 374 readers in Zhanjiang Normal University for the library resources' usage and the management services' satisfaction,the article found that:(1)the readers come to the library and go online for the library website frequently,and the higher grade,the more frequently;different majors use different electronic resource.(2)the service satisfaction is 90.11% in Zhanjiang Normal University library,the degree of satisfaction on the construction of literature resources is 80.21%.Hereby some countermeasures in the Local University Library should be put forward: Strengthen the freshman's entry education,strengthen the construction of literature resources and improve the management level and so on.
