| 摘 要： | 高技术船舶与海洋工程装备制造是《中国制造2025》重点发展的战略性新兴产业，从生态圈视角出发，对国内外海洋工程装备进行专利分析，研究创新水平和竞争力，为产业发展提供参考和借鉴。对专利申请趋势、区域分布、专利权人、专利地图、专利引证从时间生态因子、空间生态因子、个体生态因子和技术生态因子4个维度进行产业竞争态势的分析，其中，借助相对指标体系RPA比较区域生态位，采用赫芬达尔-赫希曼指数HHI分析技术生态位。该理论及指数反映了此产业的生态竞争态势，揭示了区域的竞争强度，预测了产业内新兴技术，并从3个角度提出产业发展的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | High-tech ships and ocean engineering equipment manufacturing is one of strategic emerging industries of "China 2025".The innovation and competitiveness of the industry was studied with the ecosphere theory and patent analysis to provide development reference.Based on the four dimensions,there were time,space,technology and individual niche factors,the patent filing trends,regional distribution,patentee,patent map and citation were analyzed,and related region niche and technology niche were analyzed respectively with the RPA compare relative indicator and the Herfindahl-Hirschman index system.The theory and index reflect the industry ecological competition,revealed the region competitive strength,forecasted the emerging technologies,and proposed suggestions for the industrial development from three perspectives. |
