| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]本文对交互记忆系统理论在管理信息系统领域的相关重要研究文献进行梳理与总结，为研究者提供思路和方向。方法/过程]本文将研究问题归纳为交互记忆系统对团队绩效和知识整合的影响。交互记忆系统对团队绩效的影响可以分为对软件开发团队绩效、虚拟团队工作绩效、团队创新绩效、社交媒体中团队绩效的影响。交互记忆系统对知识整合的影响可以分为对知识共享、知识搜索、知识协作、知识网络、知识转化和知识管理的影响。结果/结论]针对目前的研究的局限性，未来的研究可以在理论模型、任务类型、时间维度、研究对象、数据获取、研究方法、研究内容等方面取得进展。

| Abstract: | Purpose/Significance]This paper sorted out and summarized related important literatures of transactive memory system in the fields of the management information system,providing ideas and directions for researchers.Method/Process]This paper generalized research questions into the influences of transactive memory system on team performance and knowledge integration.transactive memory system influences team performance in several aspects,including the team performance of software development team,virtual team and using social media,and team creative performance;while the influences on knowledge integration can be refined into the influences on knowledge sharing,knowledge searching,knowledge coordination,knowledge network and knowledge transfer.Result/Conclusion]Facing the limitations of current researches,future research could make progress in theory and model,task types,time dimension,research objects,data acquisition,research methods and research contents. |
