| 摘 要： | 为促进我国科技发展，提升我国科研能力，本文以图书馆的网络化发展为基础，通过对网络技术普及化发展环境中图书馆网上免费学术信息资源挖掘过程中所涉及的版权问题的研究与分析，以现代化、信息化发展趋势为视角，在我国相关法律法规的支撑下，对版权问题所涉及的信息用户、图书馆与原创者三者之间的关系进行梳理，从宏观层次与微观层次角度出发提出图书馆网上免费学术信息资源挖掘过程中所涉及的版权问题的解决方案，为营造良好的网络学术环境打下基础。

| Abstract: | In order to promote the development of China's science and technology,to enhance China's ability of scientific research,this paper took the network development library as the basis,through the research and analysis of online library of network technology popularization in the development environment of free academic information resources mining branch of Institute of copyright issues involved in the process,with the development trend of information modernization,from the perspective of the related China's laws and regulations and support,to sort out the relationship between the copyright issues involved in Library and information users,the original of the three,from the macro level and micro level perspective to propose the solution to the library of free online academic information resources mining copyright problems involved in the process,in order to create a good environment for academic network lay the foundation. |
