Abstract: | High quality knowledge service provided by library is on the basis of user demand orientation, including object research, increase of users' engagement and tapping their potential demand during the knowledge service.With practical experience about knowledge service of some domestic university libraries, value co-creating system on knowledge service of future university library is presented based on the value co-creation theory. |
