| 摘 要： | 当前我国各高校的人才引进已经成为提升高校竞争力的一个重要举措，而对高层次人才的发现和评估则具有重大意义。本文从高水平学者的发现、学者学术影响力的分析与定位、学者学术水平的综合判断3个实际问题出发，提出针对海外高水平学者的筛选、分析和评价方法，可以为学校的人才引进工作提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,the introduction of talents in universities has become an important measure to enhance the competitiveness of universities,and the discovery and evaluation of high-level talents is of great significance.In view of the three practical problems,discovery of high level scholars,the analysis and orientation of academic influence of scholars and the comprehensive judgment of academic level of scholars,this paper put forward the methods of screening,analysis and evaluation for high-level overseas scholars,which could be used for reference for the introduction of talents in schools. |
