用户成本视角的高校图书馆嵌入式学科服务定位策略

摘    要:我国高校图书馆的嵌入式学科服务的发展已经取得了一定成就,但也面临着重重障碍。本文以降低用户成本为目的,解析嵌入式学科服务的用户成本概念,讨论影响用户成本的双方沟通效率、用户信息素养、信息获取难易、信息整理收益、用户内容的保密程度等5个因素。高校图书馆运用分析行业环境、寻找区隔概念、寻找支持点、传播与推广的特劳特品牌定位四步法对嵌入式学科服务进行定位,能使服务得以更为广泛地被接受和认同。


Positioning Strategy of Embedded Subject Service in Academic Library from the Perspective of User Cost

Abstract:The embedded subject service in academic library has made some achievements,but faces many obstacles.For the purpose of reducing user cost,the article analyzed the concept of user cost in embedded subject service and discusses 5 factors that affect the user cost.They are communication efficiency,user's information literacy,difficulty of obtaining information,gain of arranging information and confidentiality of user content.The academic library could make service more widely accepted and approved by applying Trout's brand positioning method to position the service.
