社交类手机APP用户使用行为分析

摘    要:本文以技术接受模型(TAM)为基础, 根据社交类手机APP的功能,将网络外部性、软件设计特征、感知娱乐性和感知风险性加入到用户使用行为模型中,对TAM模型进行修正。自行设计调查问卷,对25~39岁年轻人群进行社交类手机APP使用行为情况调查,利用SPSS19.0、AMOS21.0对修正的TAM模型进行验证。实证结果显示:网络外部性、软件设计特征、感知易用性、感知有用性对用户使用行为有显著正向影响,感知娱乐性、感知风险性对用户使用行为影响不显著。


Research on Social Mobile Phone APPs Based on User Behavior Analysis

Abstract:Based on the technology acceptance model(TAM) as the foundation, according to the function of social mobile phone APPs, the network externality, software design characteristics, perceived entertainment and perceived risk, adding them to the user behavior model, and modify the TAM model.By self-designed questionnaire, taking 25-39 years old young people for social mobile APPs using behavior survey, using SPSS19.0, AMOS21.0 to validate modified TAM model.The empirical results showed that network externality, software design characteristics, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness have significant positive influence on user behavior, while perceived entertainment, perceived risk, have no significant influence on user behavior.
