| 摘 要： | E-Science环境下，过程风险管理在科研项目管理中的重要性突显。文章尝试从科研过程风险本质特征出发，论述其内容构成与形成机理，剖析当前科研过程风险管理现状与问题归因，结合数据管护生命周期理念从科研过程、生命周期和风险管理3个层面，构建基于时间——过程——逻辑三维结构的科研过程风险管理模型，探索风险管理的运行机理，为不同阶段科研风险的识别与防范提供了可供借鉴的方略。

| Abstract: | In the environment of E-Science, the process risk management plays a more important role in scientific research project.This paper attempted to discuss the content constitution and the formation mechanism from the nature of the risk of scientific research process. The current situation and problems of risk management in the scientific research process were analyzed.The concept of data management life cycle was combined with three aspects of the research process, life cycle and risk management. Based on the time-process-logical three-dimensional structure, the risk management model of scientific research process was constructed. The operational mechanism of risk management was explored. In different stages, the identification and prevention of scientific research risk were provided. |
