| 摘 要： | 信息标准化管理对突发事件的积极应对是现代企业和各类组织所面临的重要问题。基于企业信息标准化管理模式以及该模式下不确定风险的应急需求,通过对协调环境下的供应链、突发事件下的供应链应急建模仿真研究,进一步分析了供应链突发事件应急决策,提出信息标准化管理下供应链应急协调启动机制。研究结论表明:由于突发事件而无法明确该事件的持续期限,采用信息标准化管理可以建立供应链应急协调启动机制,同时保证该方案的有效可行性,能更好地促进企业核心竞争力战略目标的实现。

| Abstract: | Information for emergency coping with standardized management is one of the important problems faced by modern enterprises and organizations.Based on the standardization of enterprise information management mode and the mode of uncertain risk emergency needs,through the coordination under the environment of supply chain,supply chain under the emergency emergency modeling simulation,the paper further analyzed the supply chain of emergency decision-making,put forward the standardization of information management under supply chain mechanism of coordination and launch emergency.Research result showed that due to the unexpected events could not clear the duration of the event,the standardization of information management could establish a mechanism of coordination and launch emergency supply chain,ensured effective feasibility of the scheme at the same time,to better promote the enterprise core competitiveness of the realization of the strategic objectives. |
