| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]旨在探讨一种科学有效的、具有可操作性的企业技术竞争力评价方法。方法/过程]阐述企业技术竞争力的内涵及特征，探讨基于专利视角评价企业技术竞争力的优势，从技术活跃度、技术价值度、技术集中度、技术潜力度、技术合作度、技术优势度等6个维度构建了企业技术竞争力测度的专利指标体系，并在此基础上提出“倒置树形”结构的企业技术竞争力评价框架。结果/结论]研究成果不仅丰富了企业技术竞争力的理论研究，而且对科学合理地测度企业技术竞争力具有实践参考价值。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] The paper is to discuss a scientific and effective and practical method for enterprise technology competitiveness evaluation.Method/process] The paper elaborated connotation and characteristics of enterprise technology competitiveness,discussed the advantages of enterprise technology competitiveness evaluation on the perspective of patent,established patent index system from six dimensions of technology activity,technology value,technology concentration,technology cooperation,technology potentiality and technology advantage,and presented an evaluation framework with inverted tree-like structure.Result/conclusion] The results enriched the theory research of enterprise technology competitiveness,and had practical reference value for scientific and reasonable evaluation of enterprise technology competitiveness. |
