| 摘 要： | 基于众包的服务模式是图书馆适应当代网络环境的重要变革。众包在国内外图书馆界有十多年的实践和探索，文章分析了众包的主要模式和众包在资源采购、联合咨询、电子资源维护及更新等七项图书馆业务的服务变革及内容拓展，对众包实施中的局限性和应该注意的问题进行了思考，旨在通过对众包在图书馆各个业务工作应用的落地分析，为网络信息时代的图书馆服务变革提供思路和理论参考。

| Abstract: | Library service model based on crowdsourcing is an important reformation suit to current network environment.Crowdsourcing in domestic and foreign libraries have 10 years of exploration and practice,the paper analyzed the main model of crowdsourcing,the service reformation and expand in 7 library businesses,Such as resource acquisition,joint reference,electronic resource maintenance etc..and the paper discussed the crowdsourcing limitations and pointed out few problems which provided should be noticed.Through analysis of crowdsourcing in all library landing operations of application,it the ideas and theoretical reference for the transformation of library service in the network information age. |
