| 摘 要： | 云计算的出现和应用，促进了信息服务的进程，也为电子健康信息服务提供有力的技术支持，然而云计算在我国电子健康信息服务领域的应用与我国的现状和发展要求仍有差距，云计算在电子健康信息服务的应用前景应该成为我们关注的问题。通过对国内外文献的梳理，探讨云计算在电子健康服务领域应用的优势和挑战，并据此提出了解决对策。针对云计算在电子健康信息服务的应用挑战，从有效降低投入成本、建立隐私机制、引入第三方认证、完善相关法律以及采取容错技术5个方面提出建设意见，以期能为电子健康信息服务行业的发展提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | The emergence and application of cloud computing has promoted the process of information service and provided strong technical support for eHealth information service.However,the application of cloud computing in China's electronic health information service is still in line with the present situation and development requirements of China.We should focus on cloud computing in e-health information service application prospects.Through the inspection of domestic and foreign literature,this paper discussed the advantages and challenges of cloud computing in eHealth service,and put forward the countermeasures.In view of the application challenge of cloud computing in eHealth information service,it constructed suggestions for the construction of electronic health information service industry from the aspects of effectively reducing the input cost,establishing the privacy mechanism,introducing the third party authentication,perfecting the relevant laws and adopting the fault-tolerant technology Development to provide reference. |
