| 摘 要： | 信息系统持续使用模型于2001年提出，已在信息系统、图书情报、管理学等领域得到广泛应用。首先，介绍ECM-ISC的提出及演化过程。其次，以施引论文为视角，结合关键词词频统计分析和内容分析法，从应用目的、应用对象、应用形式、应用方法等方面揭示国外ECM-ISC的应用规律。抽取ECM-ISC应用背景下影响信息系统用户持续使用的因素，归结为用户因素、系统因素和环境因素。最后，提出ECM-ISC应用的不足之处和未来的研究方向。

| Abstract: | Expectation Confirmation Model of IS Continuance,proposed in 2001,has been widely used in the fields of Information Systems,Library and Information Science,Management and etc. First of all,the presentation and evolution process of ECM-ISC was introduced. Then,from the perspective of citing papers,content analysis method and the word frequency statistics of keywords were employed to analyze the application of ECM-ISC abroad in terms of application purpose,application object,application form and application method. The factors that affect users' continuous use of information system in the context of ECM-ISC application were summarized,including user factors,system factors and environmental factors. Finally,the shortcomings of the application of ECM-ISC were pointed out and the future research directions were put forward. |
