| 摘 要： | 智力资本的内涵和构成的特殊性决定其具有强大的价值创造功能。企业智力资本的价值创造功能有三个显著特征。在知识经济时代,智力资本提升企业价值的功能明显增强,其作用机制可以从强化企业核心竞争力和增加企业现金流水平两个层次加以说明。

| Abstract: | Corporate intellectual capital has special connotation and constitutes. The value-creating function of intellectual capital is strong, which has three distinct characters. In the age of knowledge, intellectual capital becomes robust in upgrading corporate value level. There are two ways to explain the acting mechanism: strengthening corporate core competence and increasing corporate cash flow. |
