| 摘 要： | 对河道整治建筑物设计的标准、整治建筑物高程的确定、整治建筑物与城市规划的关系、整治建筑物的投资分摊等进行了探讨，指出河道整治建筑物的设计在保证防洪安全功能的条件下，应向多功能建设发展。
