| 摘 要： | 从明朝末年到民国期间，莒南县大店庄氏家族以科举起家，崛起为问鼎一方的豪门世族。其家族发展过程中形成了重视道德、尊师重教、结社讲学、兼习杂艺的鲜明教育特色，对家族发展起到了至关重要的作用，培养了一大批家族精英，同时给现代家庭教育中的道德教育、合作教育和素质教育以深刻的启示。

| Abstract: | From late Ming Dynasty to Republic of china, the Zhuang clan in Dadian emerged with imperial examinations and then became prosperity. The good family education played a very important role in the development of the Zhuang family in Dadian which training a large number of elites. It forms some education characteristics, such as attaching important to moral, respecting teachers, forming an association, giving lectures,learning other subjects besides confucianism. It also gave insights to modern family education such as moral education, cooperate education and quality education. |
