| 摘 要： | 简要回顾了建国以来的体育课程与教材的改革；认为现阶段体育课程与教材的改革，要坚定不移地以素质教育观为指导。在此基础上，对上海市基础教育（中小学）《体育与保健》课程与教材的特色，进行了论述。

| Abstract: | This present paper briefly reviews the reform in P. E. curricula and teaching material since the establishment of New China and points out that at present period the reform in P. E. curricula and teaching material should be firmly carried out under the guidance of quality education. On this basis, the characteristics of the subject and teaching material(P. E. and Health Protection) in the elementary education (secondary and primary schools) of Shanghai is discussed. |
