| 摘 要： | 目的总结为39例危重患者进行74例次连续性血液净化冶疗过程中的监护与管理经验。方法严密监测39例患者治疗前后的生命体征、抗凝、水电解质酸碱平衡情况，加强对血管通路、机器通路、液体平衡的管理，预防各类并发症的发生。结果本文引用39例患者中，29例病情好转，3例自动出院，7例死亡。结论通过CBP过程中高效科学的监护与管理，使得整个治疗过程顺利进行，避免不必要的差错，取得满意的治疗效果。
