| 摘 要： | 校企合作共建实训基地,可以培养适应现代企业所需要的应用型高技能人才,可以使校企双方互惠互利、合作共赢。依托企业优势,找准对口企业,在校企合作共建校外实训基地的基础上,探索＂厂中校＂的办学模式,是一种有益的探索。江苏城市职业学院与南京宁庆数控机床制造有限公司进行了校企合作共建校外实训基地,在机电一体化技术专业中大胆地尝试了＂厂中校＂的办学模式,使其更加适应于市场对机电一体化技术专业人才培养的需要。

| Abstract: | Co-constructing practical training base with college-enterprise cooperation can cultivate applied high-skilled talents needed by modem enterprises, and realize the mutual benefit and win-win cooperation between colleges and enterprises. Relying on the enterprise＇s advantage, seeking accurately counterpart enterprises, on the basis of co-constructing practical training base outside colleges with college-enterprise cooperation, this paper explores the running mode of ＂colleges inside factory＂, which is a beneficial attempt. The City Vocational College of Jiangsu and Nanjing Ningqing CNC Machine Tool Manufacturing Company Limited co-construct practical training base outside colleges with college-enterprise cooperation, and make a brave attempt on the running mode of ＂college inside factory＂ in electromechanical integration technology major, so it can adapt to the need of markets for talents＇ cultivation in the major of eleetromechanical integration technology. |
