| 摘 要： | 传统法律实践教学存在不足。通过引入＂法律诊所教育＂方法到法律实践教学过程中,能够给法学专业学生的学习方法、职业技能培养和社会责任感等方面带来创新;分析了我国目前在法学实践教学中引进＂法律诊所教育＂的可行性,并提出了具体措施和建议,为高等院校开展法学实践教育改革提供重要参考。

| Abstract: | There is so much insufficient of the traditional legal practice teaching.It can bring the innovations of learning methods、skill training and sense of social responsibility to the law students,which is on the inspect of learning methods,occupation skill training and the sense of social responsibility and other aspects of the innovation.At present in our country,the suggestions of "legal clinic education" will provide an important reference to the innovation of legal practice teaching in our universities. |
