| 摘 要： | 采用抽血化验方法研究急性力竭运动后桑拿浴对人体白细胞系中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞数量的影响.结果表明：运动后桑拿组桑拿浴后白细胞总数显著高于对照组,中性粒细胞数目较自身运动后即刻增多,而淋巴细胞数目基本不受桑拿浴的影响.

| Abstract: | The effect of a sauna was studied on the number of the total white blood cells,neutrophil,lymphocyte and monocyte after acute exhausting exercise by blood tests.The results showed that the total white blood cells of the sauna after exercise group was higher obviously than that of the simple exercise group at postexercise 1 h,The number of neutrophil 1 h after exercise was higher than that immediately after exercise significant,but the number of lymphocytes without sauna effect. |
