| 摘 要： | 文章通过查阅文献资料,并结合武术套路训练中的心得体验,遵循套路运动的特有规律,辨证地分析武术套路中功力与招式(走架)、局部与整体、苦与巧、紧与松、内与外、自身与身外六大矛盾及其关系,从而更好地指导武术套路运动的训练。

| Abstract: | In order to set a solider theoretical foundation for Martial practice, the article analyses six conflict and their relation dialectically. These six movements consists of strength and postures, part and whole, hardness and skill, tension and looseness, internal and external, self and other, which base on a great deal of materials and experiences and follow the special rule of Martial Art. |
