| 摘 要： | 本文根据全国性的调研报告和笔者的问卷资料,从时间过程的角度考察私营家族企业融合社会金融资本的渠道结构及其变化,重点要探明不同渠道融资的能力及其发展趋势。研究表明:企业信息披露的风险度是我国私营家族企业融资渠道选择及其融资成效的关键变量,因此必须加强和完善企业信息规范化和信息披露的制度建设。

| Abstract: | According to the national level survey report and our own questionnaire materials, the authors analyzed the financing channel structures of how the clan-owned enterprises merge with social financial capital and their variations from a time series perspective, and tried to identify the capacities between different financing channels and their future trends. The final conclusion is that, the degree of risk involved in the disclosure of information is the key variable which determine the choices and their effects of financing channel structures in clan-owned enterprises, so we should strength the institutions of information disclosure and require more standardization of enterprises' information. |
