| 摘 要： | 中国加入世界贸易组织以后,中外银行各具优势展开竞争,而竞争中的合作是一个双赢的选择.目前中外资银行主要有四种合作方式第一,外资银行直接参股中资银行,以战略投资者身份进行合作.第二,作为战略合作伙伴,通过协作,中外资银行共同实现特定的业务发展目标.第三,合资公司、中外银行为某些特定的业务发展目标而合资设立新的金融机构.第四,技术合作,由中外资银行在人员的培训、管理以及顾问服务等方面进行合作.

| Abstract: | With China's entry into WTO, the Chinese and foreign banks each have the advantages that competes. And the cooperation in the competition is a choice of win-win. The Chinese and foreign money banks have four cooperative ways mainly at present: firstly, foreign banks participate in China-invested Bank by sharing directly, enter into cooperation in the capacity of strategy investor. Secondly, strategic cooperative partner, through cooperating, the Chinese and foreign money banks realize the specific business development goals together. Thirdly, co-partnership company, Chinese and foreign bank set up new financial institution for some specific business development goal and joint venture. For the fourth place, technological cooperation, in staff training, management and consultant are served, etc, respectively enter into cooperation by the Chinese and foreign money banks. In this course, both sides utilize one's own advantages to enter into cooperation, realize the situation of win-win finally. |
