| 摘 要： | 建设高水平的创新团队是高校科技创新能力提高的关键,而创新型团队科研创新能力的发挥又离不开有效的评价和激励。从能力的角度提炼指标体系,再进行实际调查,通过调查数据验证初始模型,并结合层次分析法确定各指标的相对权重,这是笔者认为的高校科研团队创新评价指标设计一种理想方式。
