| 摘 要： | 西部大开发对少数民族双语人才提出了更高的要求，而培养少数民族双语人才的关键是过好汉语关。近两年高校扩招后，少数民族学生数量大增，但其汉语入学成绩总体呈下降趋势。今后应加强少数民族人才培养的计划性，引入竞争机制，壮大汉语教师队伍。

| Abstract: | The opening\|up of the west has posed a higher demand for bilingual minority nationality personnel.The key to training these personnel lies in the mastery of Chinese.In recent two years,with the enrolment increase of colleges and universities,the number of minority nationality students has greatly enlarged.At the same time,their entrance scores of Chinese have declined on the whole.We should strengthen plan\|making in training minority nationality personnel.At the same time,we should adopt competition system and increase the number of Chinese teaching staff. |
