摘    要:为了提高学生自主探究酶活力测定的适宜实验条件的能力,在植物体内过氧化物酶活性测定实验中,通过材料来源、保存处理和实验条件的多元化设定,进行实验结果的整理和实验报告的写作,增加了学生对实验条件的摸索和对数据的科学处理能力,强化了学生的生命科学研究理念,对学生独立开展酶水平的相关研究具有积极的意义。

Abstract:In order to develop the student’s self-study ability in investigating the optimum reaction condition of enzyme activity measurement,this article describes increasing the methods for the plant material preservation under experimental conditions.Furthermore,the statistical analysis for data,a summary of results,and a report of the experiment are asked.All these can make progress in the ability of researching the experiment conditions and analyzing the data,and cultivate the attitude and the habit,and strengthen the study concept of life science.Above all,this improvement has some positive significance in relation to researching enzyme for students to work independently in the future.
