| 摘 要： | 卡伦是在关隘、要塞等处派兵驻守,执行巡查、稽查、监督、征收和传递文书等各种义务的防御、管理据点,其设置是清代特有的治理边疆、巩固边防之重要举措.以往,学术界就清代蒙古地区真正意义上的卡伦之设置时间持有"雍正五年"、"康熙年间"等不同观点.经过剖析<钦定大清会典事例>等相关史料发现,蒙古地区的边境卡伦和内地卡伦之设置时间均可以追溯到康熙朝初期,而且,当时的卡伦已具备治理边疆、巩固边防等广义之卡伦的多种职能.

| Abstract: | As the frontier sentries are where the soldiers defend,patrol,and send messages in the remote passes or castles in the Qing dynasty,the defenses are greatly enhanced in the borders.Previous studies have argued that such sentries should be established on the Yongzheng fifth year,or the years of Kangxi Emperor,but the study by Royal Chronology of Qing concludes the time as in the early years of Kangxi Emperor.Meanwhile the sentries play different roles. |
