| 摘 要： | 在我国，未成年人犯罪通常是指对已满14周岁不满18周岁的未成年人实施的刑法和有关刑事法律所规定的犯罪行为。未成年人犯罪问题已经成为社会关注程度最高的问题之一。虽然未成年人犯罪的原因多种多样，但家庭的不良影响、学校教育的缺失、文化市场的失控和不良社会环境是其重要原因。

| Abstract: | In China,the juvenile delinquency usually refers to the criminal offences which are carried out by the minors between 14-year-old and 18-year-old according to criminal law and its related criminal laws. The juvenile delinquency has become one of the social problems attracting most attention. The reasons of juvenile delinquency are complex and various are complex and various. This article tries to analyses the reasons of the juvenile delinquency through the related sociological knowledge. |
