| 摘 要： | 随着互联网信息技术的不断发展,传统职业不断合并、消亡,共享经济的理念影响着人们的生活,催生了一种新经济形态——零工经济。以"U盘就业"、斜杠青年为代表的多职业现象和就业群体不断涌现,一人多职成为"零工经济"背景下的普遍就业方式。在"零工经济"背景下,就业形势更加灵活、工作内容更加多元,就业渠道更加广阔,这对高职学生的就业能力提出了更高的要求。高职院校作为培养人才的主要场所,应该根据零工经济的特点和影响,探索新经济形态下高职学生"U盘就业"能力培养的策略,通过推进现代学徒制度、构建跨界化课程体系、树立项目化的教学理念、开展多岗化实践体验、建立职业能力评价体系、完善职业生涯辅导机制等路径,培养出满足产业发展新需求的多职业技能组合和职业跨界能力的人才,确保高职学生不断完善自我,适应时代发展的需要。

| Abstract: | With the continuous development of internet information technology, traditional jobs continue to merge and die out. The concept of sharing economy affects people’s life and gives birth to a new economic form-gig economy. The multi-job phenomenon and employment groups represented by USB flash disk employment and slash youth are emerging. One person with multiple jobs has become a common way of employment under the background of gig economy. Under the background of "gig economy", the employment situation is more flexible,the work content is more diversified, and the employment channels are broader, which puts forward higher requirements for the employability of higher vocational college students. As the main place for cultivating talents,colleges and universities should explore the strategy of cultivating the "USB flash disk employment" ability of higher vocational college students under the new economic form according to the characteristics and influence of the gig economy. By promoting the modern apprenticeship system, building a cross-border curriculum system,establishing a project-based teaching concept, carrying out multi-job practical experience, establishing a vocational ability evaluation system, improving the career guidance mechanism and other ways, universities and colleges can cultivate talents with multi-job skill combination and cross-border ability to meet the new needs of industrial development, so as to ensure that higher vocational college students continue to improve themselves and meet the needs of the development of the times. |
