| 摘 要： | 专利定价的准确性易受风险因素影响，针对这一问题，研究首先从技术风险、法律风险、经济风险、评估风险4个角度对影响专利定价的风险因素进行分析，采用结构方程方法构建了二阶验证性因素分析的理论模型，然后就理论模型进行问卷调查，在调查样本具有良好可靠性的基础上对理论模型进行了验证，分析了各风险因素与专利定价风险的相关关系。结果表明，技术风险为首要风险，法律风险、经济风险、评估风险影响程度依次降低。

| Abstract: | Price of patent is vulnerable to risk factors, in order to solve this problem, the paper firstly lIIUIlyzed the risk factors from four adpects： technical risk, legal risk, economic risk, evaluating risk. Then it used structural equation method to construct the theory model of second - order confinnatory factor analysis. After that questionnaire was adopted and theoretical model is verified on the basis of the sample has good reliability. Finally, it analyzed the relationship between risk factors and patent pricing risk. The results show that the technical risk is the primary risk, legal risk, teclmology risk, evaluating risk influence degree reduced in tum. |
