| 摘 要： | 文章从历史发展的角度，对早期大学图书馆公共性的萌芽进行了简要追溯，对近代大学图书馆公共性的产生进行了初步探析，并从社会背景与发展现状的角度对现代大学图书馆公共性进行了系统分析，明确现代大学图书馆公共性在政策、功能、服务、资源等方面的具体呈现。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of historical development of academic library, this article briefly traced the budding of early university library publicity firstly, and then preliminary explored the formation of modem university library publicity and system analysed the university library publicity from the perspective of social background and current situation, then defined the publicity of modern university library specific rendering in terms of policy, functions, services, resottrces, and so on. |
