| Abstract: | In this paper, the author firstly introduced relevant theories of Small ＆ Medium Enterprises （SMEs） information resources, SMEs information resources sharing, including the theory of concepts, significance and so on, then introduced some obstacles of SMEs information resources sharing in China, in the final, the author in a constructive manner put forward some mea-sures to eliminate the obstacles of SMEs information resources sharing. |
