摘    要:民办高校辅导员的职业发展存在着发展平台受限、社会认可度低、工资待遇差等诸多困境。职业锚又称职业系留点,是一份职业最吸引从业者的东西或价值观。民办高校应开展辅导员职业锚认定,并进行有效的引导,对于不同类型职业锚进行有效的激励,根据不同职业锚类型开展职业生涯规划并进行指导。

Abstract:Professional development of advisors from private colleges and universities is confronted with occupational predicaments like limited development space,low social recognition and less than satisfactory wages and benefits.Career anchor,also known as occupational mooring point,is some-thing or some values in an occupation that attract people most.Private colleges and universities should try to identify different advisors'career anchors in order to guide and motivate them effectively and conduct career planning in accordance with different types of career anchor.
