| 摘 要： | 大学生网络成瘾严重影响了大学生的身心发展，对社会和谐也造成不利影响。本文以西安地区高校大学生互联网使用状况的调查为出发点，重点对大学生网络成瘾的心理根源进行深入分析，并从心理疗法的角度提出治疗大学生网络成瘾的特点、目标、形式，为全社会特别是高校预防和控制大学生网络成瘾提供理论借鉴。

| Abstract: | College students' Internet addiction is not only unfavorable to their physical and mental development but also to the harmonious society.This paper first investigates the Internet using among Xi'an college students and analyzes their psychological origin of Internet addiction,then puts forward the characteristics,goal and form of the College students' Internet addiction. |
