基于系统动力学的煤炭企业产业协同效应研究

摘    要:现今煤炭市场供大于求,行业经济效益持续下滑,煤炭企业为了度过难关,正在大力开展产业协同的实践,急需在理论上回答企业多元化的产业协同效应问题。本文基于系统建模的思想,构建了煤炭集团的多元化产业协同效应的系统动力学模型,通过分析各产业板块内部及产业板块之间的因果反馈关系,构建各产业板块利润子系统以及集团总体利润系统的系统动力学模型,并以神华集团为例,通过调节各产业之间的内部交易量对所建立的系统动力学模型进行了仿真模拟分析。结果显示,加大集团内部各产业间的协同程度,集团的整体绩效都会显著地增加,其中,煤炭与铁路的协同效应最为明显、煤炭与电力间次之,后续依次为煤炭与港口、煤炭与航运、电力与煤炭。据此建议煤炭企业集团以市场为导向,加强企业内部的市场建设,利用资源优势进行产业链延伸。

Abstract:In the past ten years, most of China's coal enterprises have grown as multi-industry groups in a rapidly developing economy, and this had provided a good opportunity to strengthen their competitive advantage through industrial synergy. These industries are mostly coal-related, such as electricity, coal chemical, steel and transportation, and they usually use coal as fuel or transport it and therefore foster an inside market for coal groups. According to the Coase theorem, if coal trade happens inside markets, it saves transaction costs and contributes to profit. Based on this theory, coal groups use industrial synergy as an effective way to help them survive stagnant growth. Here, we analyze causality and feedback relationships among different industries in the coal group, and based on system dynamic theory build an industrial synergy model to reveal how profit is influenced by internal trade between these industries in one coal group. Taking the Shenhua Group, the biggest coal enterprise in China as an example, we simulate internal trade flow and found that total profit will increase when synergy degree increases. Among these, the synergy effect of coal and railway is most significant, followed by coal and electricity, coal and harbors, coal and shipping, and electricity and coal. We also found that the internal transaction cost is lower than external transaction cost in the current state, which leads to positive feedback; the scale of the Shenhua Group will keep expanding but should focus on coal, electricity and railway, not harbors and shipping. Since the government is now encouraging the investment of social capital in railway industries, other coal groups should grasp the advantages of industrial synergy.
