| 摘 要： | 双语教学在不同的国家有不同的目标。美国和加拿大的双语教学目标是促进民族融合。而我国双语教学目标是提升国家的综合竞争力。在双语教学宏观目标下，应妥善处理各微观目标之间的关系，以便促进双语教学。

| Abstract: | The objectives of bilingual education are different in different countries.The objective of bilingual education in America and Canada is to promote the unity of nationalities while it is to enhance national comprehensiv competitive abilities in China.Under the macro-objectives,we should properly deal with the relations between micro-objectives so as to promote bilingual education. |
