| 摘 要： | 软科学表达和传递的乃是对日益复杂、深化和一体化的科技、社会、经济现实的关注,它树立了人文和科学的融合,科学知识诸领域的沟通和合作,试图在复杂和开放的条件下,有机地解决人类认识上的困境,整体地给出科技、社会、经济发展中一系列实践性问题的答案。中国软科学以科学民主决策为中心的鲜明宗旨,是支撑民主和科学决策的整个科学知识体系。软科学在中国成为广泛接受的综合性学科、系统性视野和整体性方法的化身和符号。在20多年的发展中,软科学取得了重大的成就,同时也存在着一些问题,这些成就和问题是中国软科学持续发展的新的生长点。

| Abstract: | The major concerns of soft science concentrate on the scientific, social and economic reality which has been in rising sophistication, deepening and integration. The soft science aims to give answers to a series of epistemological dilemma under the current open and complicated situations by integrating humanism and scientific approaches and integrating areas of science. From the very birth soft science studies in China have been the whole knowledge system underlying democratic and scientific decision-making. And it has been widely acknowledged and accepted as a symbol of muti- and inter-disciplinary subject, a systematic perspective and a holistic method.Soft science in China has achieved great success and suffered from some problems as well. The concerns of both the success and the problems are the major sources of new growth points in its future development. |
