| Abstract: | When China accedes to the WTO, her agricultural trading will face a tougher challenge. This paper makes an analysis of the development and problems of China's trading in the past twenty years after the policy of opening and reform was put into practice. Based on such an analysis, the paper studies the problems of how to improve the competitiveness of agricultural products and what policies to pursue for the protection of agriculture so as to be well prepared for entering the WTO, offering some suggestions for furthering the development of agriculture and its trading. |
